Facebook might not approve your ad when one or more ad accounts associated with the Page that you’re trying to advertise for have unpaid ad charges. Below you can find a way to fix it.

“You can’t advertise for this Page because of charges that haven’t been paid. To resume advertising for this Page, please settle those charges. How to fix: Settle all outstanding balances on your ad account and contact any other Page admins or advertisers to make sure that their balances are also settled.

Click on the appeal button if you believe all outstanding balances have already been paid.

How can you fix it?

Settle any outstanding balance on your ad account. You can see a summary of your charges in the Billing section of your Ads Manager.
Contact other Page admins or advertisers to make sure that their balances are also settled. If you’re still receiving this error after you’ve paid your balance, it may be because another ad account that is associated with the Page is carrying an outstanding balance. Check with other Page admins or advertisers to resolve any outstanding balances.
Appeal to Facebook. You can use the below message sample…

Hi Facebook support team. We paid all outstanding balances XX days ago with a new credit card as the old one has expired. We are not sure why Facebook is disapproving our ad with your notification saying: “You can’t advertise for this Page because of charges that haven’t been paid. To resume advertising for this Page, please settle those charges. How to fix: Settle all outstanding balances on your ad account and contact any other Page admins or advertisers to make sure that their balances are also settled”

Once all outstanding balances that are associated with the Page have been settled, you’ll be able to continue advertising for the Page within 48-72 hours. If all outstanding balances across all ad accounts that are associated with the Page have been paid and you’re still receiving this error, contact Facebook for further assistance.

How can you avoid running into this Facebook “not approved ad” message notification in the future?

Make sure your payment method is up to date. You can check and update your billing information in either Ads Manager or Power Editor.
Make sure your payment is accepted by Facebook. Facebook accepts many currencies and payment methods from around the world. If Facebook doesn’t accept your currency or payment method, you’ll need to use an accepted currency or payment method to advertise on Facebook.
